Jeffrey Rader's equipment is used in the multiple stages of woody biomass processing. Woody Biomass, the residual waste wood that results from the lumber manufacturing process, is burned in a boiler to generate steam that is used both in the lumber-drying process and to produce electricity.
To move the woody biomass from the various sub-systems within the biomass process requires multiple pieces of material handling equipment including, but not limited to truck dumpers, bucket elevators, storage units, screw reclaimers, wood hogs, and pneumatic conveying systems.
