Jeffrey Rader Tee Injectors are fabricated steel base for feeder and drive with configured in-line, low profile, cross, semi-blo-through designs for connecting the tee injector into pipeline. Tee is fabricated of steel plate and is welded inside and out to prevent possible weld failure from vibration. A door is provided on side of tee for access to bottom knife of feeder and an inspection hand hole is provided on front of tee. An integral check valve with damper is provided to prevent blowback in case of blower stoppage. An access door is provided to inspect the check valve. A fabricated steel base for the feeder and drive is included.
Jeffrey Rader target boxes are utilized when discharging material pneumatically into storage silos or vessels. Typically equipped with a Bin Filter, designed to filter exhaust air as material is being fed into the silo. Bin vents can be manually cleaned or use reverse air cleaning with an integral air accumulator and control valve.
Jeffrey Rader Chip Deflector with fixed tip for manual or electric operation, having a maximum of 180 degrees rotation around pipe for manual or for electric models which oscillate through 130 degrees, flanged with companion flange and gasket, and arranged to be mounted at end of pipeline 45 degrees above horizontal, with impact angle of 15 degrees to minimize chip size reduction, to discharge chips 5 degrees above horizontal.

Diverter valves are used to send material or redirect matertial to different locations in the pneumatic material handling system. A simple pneumatic system is one pipe delivering all material to a single location. Many installations require that material be delivered to several locations. |
